I am a licensed and experienced massage therapist with training in a variety of modalities, including pediatric massage, Reiki (Master Level), craniosacral therapy, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage (Russian sports massage), sports massage, and hydrotherapy, including hot and cold stone therapies. I also incorporate aromatherapy.

In addition to my work as a massage therapist, I am a certified nursing assistant and hold a bachelors degree. I am a single mother of neurodivergent kiddos. Outside of work, I enjoy music, reading, and movies.
